If you are a property owner in need of a key card for the boat launch gate, please contact Garrett Klashorst at (253) 862-3765 to set-up an appointment to pick up your keys.  All keys must be picked up in person, and you must provide Garrett with proof of identification.  (No keys will be submitted to homeowners through the mail.) In order to receive a key card and boat parking decal your annual dues must be current, including payment of back dues and related finance charges.  If you lose your key card, the replacement fee is $25 for first time, $50 for second, and $75 for all subsequent replacements.  Lost key cards will be deactivated. 

In addition, you can obtain a bathroom and gate key from Garrett for a charge of $10.  These keys can also be purchased at the community club house immediately prior to, or after, any regularly scheduled Board meeting.
